Abstract:
First channels (11) extend from one end section of a first layer (10) to another end section thereof in a direction that intersects the direction in which the first channels (11) are arranged, when viewing the first layer (10) in the layering direction. Second channels (21) extend from one end section of a second layer (20) to another end section thereof in a direction that intersects the direction in which the second channels (21) are arranged, when viewing the second layer (20) in the layering direction. Herein, the first channels (11) have a meandering shape when viewing the first layer (10) in the layering direction, and/or the second channels (21) have a meandering shape when viewing the second layer (20) in the layering direction.
