Abstract:
Provided is a water- and oil-resistant agent composition that can give an article excellent in practical oil-resistance. Provided is a water- and oil-resistant agent composition including: a fluorine-containing polymer consisting of a unit based on monomer (a) below and a unit based on monomer (b) below; a polyglycerol fatty acid ester; and an aqueous medium. Monomer (a): a compound represented by CH2=CH-Rf (wherein Rf represents a perfluoroalkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms). Monomer (b): a monomer copolymerizable with the monomer (a).
