Abstract:
The present invention, with respect to legal challenges related to the promotion of the use of rainwater, promotes rainwater utilization, achieves the effective use of water resources, and contributes to the suppression of concentrated discharges of rainwater into sewers, rivers, and the like. The present invention is aimed at overcoming challenges common to goals 6, 11, and 13 indicated in the SDGs, which are United Nations summit international goals. This water-resistant floating-type general disaster prevention water-saving building structure uses a water storage tank of a lower-level section as a drainage buoyancy tank to float the building structure and avoid flood water damage. By storing rainwater in the water storage tank of the lower level, a foundational structure is realized, as a low-center-of-gravity-structure, in which earthquake resistance is enhanced and a floating movable part is provided with an anti-earthquake seismic isolation function. Moreover, a structure is realized that secures, as stored water and in water storage tanks, fire prevention water which is the lacking most at times of earthquakes and disasters.
