Abstract:
Provided is a water-resistant sulfur compound adsorbent the crushing strength of which is hardly lowered even when used in a process including water. Specifically, the present invention provides a water-resistant sulfur compound adsorbent the crushing strength of which is hardly lowered even when used in a process including water and which is made by allowing cellulose derivatives to be included in a sulfur compound adsorbent that contains a copper component adsorbing a sulfur compound, and thereby imparting water resistance to the adsorbent.
