A water soluble cleaning tool capable of being dispersed in water (1, 21, 31, 41; 51, 61; 71; 91, 101, 111; or 121), characterized in that it comprises a cleaning section (3, [21a, 21b], 33, 43; 53, 63; 73; 93, 103, 113; 121b) and a holding section (2, [21a, 21b], 32, 42; 52, 62; 72; 92, 102, 112; or 121a), and at least a part of the cleaning section is formed with a water soluble fiber-interlaced non-woven fabric (8).
