Abstract:
Disclosed are a water-soluble greasy mould release agent for concrete and a preparation method therefor. The water-soluble greasy concrete mould release agent comprises, in parts by weight, 25-85 parts of rosin, 2-7 parts of a rust inhibitor, 18-44 parts of an engine oil, 2-8 parts of sodium carbonate, 4-12 parts of a catalyst, 100-300 parts of deionised water, 1-8 parts of an emulsifier, 5-25 parts of an emulsified silicone oil, 2-7 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 3-12 parts of fly ash. As a result, the service life of formwork can be prolonged, cleaning is convenient, the surface finish thereof is good, and costs are greatly reduced.
