The present invention relates to a water-soluble inorganic paint to which a heat-sensitive pigment is added, and more particularly, to a water-soluble inorganic paint to which a heat-sensitive pigment is added, the paint comprising 10 to 50 wt % of a nano-ceramic binder, 10 to 50 wt % of an inorganic mineral, 10 to 30 wt % of water, 10 to 30 wt % of alcohol, 0.5 to 5 wt % of the heat-sensitive pigment, and 1 to 10 wt % of an additive, the paint being heated and cured at a temperature of 200 to 400°C. The present invention has the advantages of providing a water-soluble inorganic paint which has excellent durability as the coating is prevented from being easily peeled off and color loss and discoloration is prevented, and which has excellent abrasion resistance and anti-contamination function by adopting a high-temperature curing method. The present invention further has the advantages of providing an eco-friendly water-soluble inorganic paint which is harmless to humans, which has an excellent drying time, adhesiveness, and workability, and which prevents the emission of volatile organic compounds and endocrine disruptors. The present invention further has the advantages of providing a water-soluble inorganic paint to which a heat-sensitive pigment is added, wherein the heat-sensitive pigment is added to the paint so to enable the paint to change to a colorless state at a specific temperature to thus enable the temperature to be determined and ensure safety by having such a property that enables the determination of the temperature.
