Abstract:
Disclosed are a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric, a preparation method therefor, and an application therefor. The method comprises: opening, carding, and lapping a polyvinyl alcohol fiber raw material produced by wet spinning to obtain a woven fabric to be processed, then transferring into a pre-wet area, and performing double-sided measurement-based spraying processing on a non-woven fabric in the pre-wet area by using a water-soluble composite modifier; and then feeding the fabric into a low-temperature drying area for surface drying, transferring to a heat roller for drying reinforcement, performing hot-rolling shaping by means of a shaping roller, embossing, cooling, flattening, and winding to obtain the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric. The water-soluble composite modifier comprises, in parts by weight: 100 parts of water; 3-8 parts of a water-based film forming agent; 0.5-3 parts of a water-based binding agent; 0.3-1 part of a humectant; 2-6 parts of cellosolve; 0.1-0.5 part of a softener; 0.3-0.8 part of a substrate wetting penetrant; and 0.05-0.1 part of sodium deoxyacetate. According to the non-woven fabric modified and prepared by the process above, the heat sealing performance can be greatly improved and the mechanical and physical properties are strengthened.
