Abstract:

A triazole compound represented by the general formula (I) [wherein L¹ represents C_1-6 alkylene, etc.; G represents -C(=O)-NH-, -C(=O)-N(CH₃)-, carbonyl, etc.; L² represents a single bond, etc.; L³ represents C_1-6 alkylene, etc.; A represents carboxy, -SO₃H, -OSO₃H, -SO₂NH₂, -OPO₃H₂, etc.; R¹ represents hydrogen or C_1-6 alkyl; Ar represents C_6-10 aryl optionally having one to three substituents which are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms and halogenated C_1-6 alkyls; and R^a represents an organic group] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound.
