A water storage device and a water dispensing apparatus. The water storage device comprises a thermal insulation housing (410), a container body (420), and a flow passage assembly (440), a first cavity (411) is formed inside the thermal insulation housing (410), and the thermal insulation housing (410) is formed by splicing at least two thermal insulation members. The flow passage assembly (440) is disposed in an accommodating cavity (401), and the flow passage assembly (440) comprises a support member (441) and a flow passage member (442). The flow passage member (442) is wound around the support member (441) to form a flow channel (432), the flow channel (432) comprises at least two partition plates (450), and the two partition plates (450) are connected by means of an inclined guide plate. In the present water storage device, the flow passage member (442) is configured to be spirally wound around the support member (441), thereby optimizing the structure of planar flow passage members (442) in the related art, increasing an interval between water at different temperatures on the upper side and the lower side of the flow passage assembly (440), and effectively achieving the effect of preventing temperature cross.
