The present invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture devices, and in particular to a water surface-floating feeder for aquaculture. For the problems that existing feeders are not easy to use, feed is accumulated in a feeder, easy to agglomerate and accumulate and not easy to release, and discharging of the feed cannot be controlled, a large difference in the amount of feeding between different regions is easily caused, and the efficiency of feeding is affected, the following solution is provided: the water surface-floating feeder comprises a container body; side plates are fixedly mounted on both sides of the container body; floating plates are fixedly mounted on the two side plates; driving plates are rotatably mounted on the two floating plates; mounting grooves are provided on the two driving plates; fan blades are rotatably mounted in the two mounting grooves; first driving motors are fixedly mounted in the two mounting grooves; and output shafts of the first driving motors are fixedly connected to the fan blades. The present invention is easy to use, and during feeding, feed can be effectively prevented from agglomerating and accumulating; moreover, the amount of discharging can also be controlled, such that the efficiency of feeding is effectively improved.
