Abstract:
A water treatment device and method for a directional self-repairing flat-plate ceramic membrane assembly, comprising: arranging nanocatalytic type titanium dioxide asymmetric separation membranes on the surfaces of flat-plate membranes (10); then assembling the flat-plate membranes (10) to form a flat-plate membrane assembly (11); providing a rotary brush capable of randomly scrubbing the flat-plate membranes (10) up and down between the flat-plate membranes (10) in the flat-plate membrane assembly (11); providing an ultraviolet ray generation device (17) between the flat-plate membranes (10); and adding ozone and hydrogen peroxide into a medium for backwashing. With the device provided in the present invention, microorganism bacteria and organic matters on the surfaces of the membranes may be directionally exterminated, decomposed and rapidly degraded, so that membrane contamination may be effectively reduced and the number of instances and frequency of backwashing are greatly reduced.
