Abstract:
The water treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention is a water treatment system provided with a tank for storing the water to be treated, a cross-flow filtration membrane module for filtering the water being treated, a supply path for supplying the water being treated from the tank to the filtration membrane module using a supply pump, and a return current path for returning the water being treated that has passed through the primary side of the membrane of said filtration membrane module to the tank. The tank has an upper space in which inert gas is filled in an airtight manner above the liquid surface of the stored water that is being treated. The water treatment system is also provided with an air flow path for introducing inert gas from the upper space to the supply path or the filtration membrane module, and has a compressor in the air flow path for pressurizing the inert gas. Preferably, the compressor is a water-sealed compressor.
