Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water turbine duct which is disposed forward of a water turbine disposed in a water channel, which enables debris flowing downstream to pass over the upper surface of the water turbine and continue flowing downstream, and which enables the debris to be easily removed. This water turbine duct has a U-shaped cross-section, and at the bottom surface thereof, disposed are a plurality of debris-guiding rods which are oriented in the front-rear direction and rear parts of which are inclined upwards. The upper ends of the rods are oriented so as to be inclined upwards in the downstream direction, and the rods are disposed in horizontal rows with a prescribed gap therebetween.
