The present invention relates to a waterborne high-temperature-resistant ceramic coating for a microwave oven cavity, and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of new polymer materials. The coating of the present invention is composed of a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A comprises a waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin, a waterborne epoxy curing agent, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent; the component B comprises a waterborne epoxy resin, a silica sol, a waterborne isocyanate curing agent and a film-forming aid; and the component C comprises a waterborne polyester resin, fumed silica, iron powder, carbon black, a toner, a dispersing agent and deionized water. In the application, the waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin and the waterborne epoxy resin are respectively crosslinked with the waterborne isocyanate curing agent and the waterborne epoxy curing agent to form a mutually staggered three-dimensional network structure; and the waterborne epoxy acrylic resin obtained by means of the reaction of the waterborne epoxy resin and the waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin, a hydrophilic modified waterborne polyester resin and a filler are interspersed in a three-dimensional network, such that a film formed by the coating is more compact, and the coating has a higher hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
