Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waterless staining method for textile, comprising the following steps: depositing a pure dye as a coating material on the surface of a textile fabric as a substrate utilizing physical vapour deposition technique, and fixing the coated fabric by a post-processing method such as ageing and heat setting. In the solution of the present invention, by the physical vapor deposition technique, the dye is deposited uniformly and densely on the surface of textile, and the purpose of staining textile is achieved by finishing and fixing. The process is not only simple and convenient, but also does not produce wastewater in the whole production process, the utilization rate of the dye is high, the operability is good, and the textile can easily be mass produced.
