Abstract:
Disclosed are a waterproof transformer coil structure and a manufacturing method therefor. The waterproof transformer coil structure comprises: an insulation cylinder for supporting a transformer coil; stays on which the transformer coil winds, the stays being mounted on the insulation cylinder, and the stays being provided with strip-shaped notches; and a winding wire wound in the strip-shaped notches. According to the waterproof transformer coil structure, the waterproof and hydrophobic capability of a coil and the waterproof performance of a transformer are enhanced by means of the stays and the strip-shaped notches arranged on the stays of the waterproof transformer coil structure.
