Abstract:
The present invention relates to new structure for water slides, specifically a structure used for giving different slide options to riders. A water slide structure (1) comprises; at least one bowl shaped part (200) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle (A) around it to an exit point, wherein the bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and a side surface (22), at least one flume (3) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(user) (A) with the water to the bowl shaped part (200), said flume (3) comprising, an entry section (31) which forms entrance part of the flume (3), a first slide section (32) which extends from the entry section (31) to the bowl shaped part (200) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200), a second slide section (33) which extends from the entry section (31) and passes around of the bowl shaped part (200) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200) by passing the rider or ride vehicle (A) around the bowl shaped part (200).

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A water slide structure (1) comprises;

- at least one bowl shaped part (200) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle(A) (user)around the bowl to a bowl exit point (203), wherein the bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and a side surface (22),

- at least one flume (3) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(A) with the water to the bowl shaped part (200) and characterized by

- said flume (3) comprising, o an entry section (31) which forms entrance part of the flume (3), o a first slide section (32) which extends from the entry section (31) to the bowl shaped part (200) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(A) to the bowl shaped part (200), o a second slide section (33) which extends from the entry section (31) and passes around of the bowl shaped part (200) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200) by passing the rider or ride vehicle(A) around the bowl shaped part (200).

2. A water slide structure (1) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle in more than one sliding trajectory and which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and comprising;

• at least one bowl shaped part (200) comprises, a first entry point (201), a second entry point (202) and an bowl exit point (203), where the bowl shaped part (200) configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point of the bowl shaped part (201),

• a first slide section (32) which has a first slide section entry point (301) and a first slide section exit point (302) which is the same with the first entry point (201) connects the bowl shaped part (201) and where configured to transport rider or ride vehicle from first slide section entry point (301) to bowl shaped part (200),

• a second slide section (33) has a second slide section entry point (303) and a second slide section exit point (304) which is the same with the second entry point (202) connects the bowl shaped part (200) and second slide section (33) and said second slide section (33) is located partially around the bowl shaped part (200) and first slide section (32), where the second slide section (33) configured to transport ride or ride vehicle from the second slide section (33) to bowl shaped part (200).

3. A water slide structure (1) which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising;

• at least one bowl shaped part (200) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle (A) (user) around it to a bowl exit point (203), wherein the bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and a side surface (22),

• at least first slide section (32) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200) and which is located on the closer to the center of the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least second slide section (33) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) from around the bowl to the bowl shaped part (200) and which has a spiral shaped and which is located around the bowl shaped part (200).

4. A water slide structure (1) which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising;

• at least one bowl shaped part (200) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle (A) (user)around it to an bowl exit point (203), wherein the bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and a side surface (22), • at least first slide section (32) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200) and which is located on the closer to the center of the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least second slide section (33) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) from around the bowl to the bowl shaped part (200) and which has a spiral shaped and which is located around the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least one elevation part (23) configured to direct the user (A) to an bowl exit point (203) of the bowl and which forms an asymmetrical shape of the bowl along with the first and second slide sections (32, 33).

5. A water slide structure (1) which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and comprising; · at least one bowl shaped part (200) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle (A)(user)around it to an bowl exit point (203), wherein the bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and a side surface (22),

• at least first slide section (32) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200) and which is located on the closer to the center of the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least second slide section (33) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) from around the bowl to the bowl shaped part (200) and which has a spiral shaped and which is located around the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least one elevation part (23) configured to direct the user (A) to predetermined oscillation into the bowl shaped part and which forms an asymmetrical shape of the bowl along with the first and second slide sections (32, 33) and said elevation part (23) comprising a riser part (231) protruding from the bottom surface (21) of bowl shaped part (200) and a guide wall (232) which extends between side surface (22) and riser part (231).

6. A water slide structure (1) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle in more than one sliding trajectory and which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising;

• at least one partially bowl-shaped part (200) configured the transport rider or ride vehicle in an arcuate/spiral path and said bowl-shaped part has at least two different entry points and fewer exit points than entry points in number, a bottom surface.

7. A water slide structure (1) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle in more than one sliding trajectory and which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising;

• at least one bowl shaped part (200) comprises, a first entry point (201), a second entry point (202) and an bowl exit point (203), where the bowl shaped part (200) configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point of the bowl shaped part (201).

A water slide structure (1) as in claim 2 where the bowl assembly (2) comprising a middle wall (34) formed around center point of to the bowl shaped part (200) and inclined to the center point of the bowl shaped part (200), where configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point after rider or ride vehicle from the first slide section (32) slides on second slide section (33) partially.

A water slide structure (1) as in claim 8 or 2 where bowl assembly (2) comprising a middle wall (34) formed around center point inclined to the center point, configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point after rider or ride vehicle from the first slide section (32) slides on second slide section (33) partially, or rider or ride vehicle from second slide section (33) slides on first slide section (32).

10. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 2 where bowl assembly (2) comprising an entry section (31) configured to transport rider or ride vehicle from the entry point to first slide section entry point (301) or second slide section entry point (303).

11. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 6 or 7 where the bowl shaped part (200) comprising at least one elevation part (23) configured to rise the rider or ride vehicle(A) above it and send to rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl exit point (203).

12. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 11 or 4 or 5 where the elevation part (23) is protruding from the bottom surface (21) of bowl shaped part (200) and connected to the side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200).

13. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 11 or 4 or 5 claims wherein a second slide section (33) passing around the bowl shaped part (200) and opening to the portion facing between elevation part (23) and the side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200).

14. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 11 or 4 or 5 wherein at least first slide section (32) which is opening to the portion facing between elevation part (23) and the side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200).

15. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 11 or 4 or 5 wherein the elevation part (23) comprising a riser part (231) which extends upwards by narrowing the cross-section for to rise the rider or ride vehicle and a guide wall (232) that where concave shaped for oscillating the rider or ride vehicle between the elevation part and the side surface (22) after the rider or ride vehicle rise on it.

16. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 3 or 4 or 5 wherein at least one flume (3) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(A)from entrance part of it to the bowl shaped part (200) and which formed by the coupling of the first slide section (32) and the second slide section (33).

17. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 1 where the flume (3) comprising a middle wall (34) configured to separate the flume (3) and wherein the middle wall (34) is protruding from the middle part of the flume (3).

18. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 17 where the middle wall (34) extends from flume (3) to bowl shaped part (200) and forms the circular top side of bowl shaped part (200).

19. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where the first slide section (32) comprising;

-a middle wall (34) protruding from the middle part of the flume (3) and extends from flume (3) to bowl shaped part (200) and

- a first wall (321) which extends from side of flume (3) (inner side) to top side of bowl shaped part (200).

20. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where the second slide section (33) comprising;

-a middle wall (34) protruding from the middle part of the flume (3) and extends from flume (3) to bowl shaped part (200) and

- a second wall (331) which extends from side of flume (3) (outer side), which extend around the bowl shaped part (200). 21. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where second slide section (33) turns around from bowl shaped part (200) side and opens to bowl shaped part (200) from to below of the first slide section (32).

22. A water slide structure ( 1 ) as in claim 2 where direction of the second slide section exit point (304) opens to the bowl such that the rider or ride vehicle is guided on or partially on the same direction with the first slide section exit point (302).

23. A water slide structure (1) as in 2 where exit part of the second slide section exit point (304) or first slide section exit point (302) has a slope which guide the rider or ride vehicle to other slide sections exit part direction.

24. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 comprising a guide system configured to guide the rider or ride vehicle to first slide section (32) or second slide section (33) and where the guide system has an activator which is guide the rider or ride vehicle(A) with a chosen direction.

25. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 24 the activator of guide system is a waterjet which is located to the flume (3).

26. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 24 the guide system comprising an activator and movable surface part which can activate by activator.

27. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 26 where the movable surface part is located on the bottom surface (21) of the entry section (31) of the flume (3). 28. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 26 or 27 where the movable surface is located on the middle wall (34) of the flume (3).

29. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 24 comprising a control unit configured to control the actuator according to the options previously determined by the user (rider or ride vehicle) (A).

30. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 27 comprising an interface for to enter the option preference by user to the control unit.

31. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 30 where the interface is a keypad or a button.

32. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 30 where the interface is a wristband which has a keypad or button.

33. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 30 where the interface is a RFID wristband.

34. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 11 or 4 or 5 where the elevation part (23) extends upwards by narrowing the cross-section.

35. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where the first slide section (32) is curved to the top side of the bowl shaped part (200).

36. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where the second slide section (33) is curved to the top side of the bowl shaped part (200).

37. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where the second slide section (33) has spiral shaped and rotated from the top side of the bowl shaped part (200). 38. A water slide structure (1) as in claim 1 the flume (3) is a half tubular or tubular shaped. 39. A water slide structure (1) as in above claims where quantity of first and second slide section (32, 33) are more than quantity of entrance and/or exit point.

Description:
A WATERSLIDE STRUCTURE

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to new structure for water slides, specifically a structure used for giving different slide options to riders.

Background of the Invention

Waterslides known as flume, water chute, or hydroslide are popular ride attractions for waterparks, theme parks, and tourist hotels. A typical water slides are in form of troughs or tubesand said waterslides has generally downward sloping flow path. In operation, water is typically pumped to the top of the traditional waterslides and into associated troughs and/or tubes such that the water passes along the flow path. Water slides (e.g., body slides, inner tube slides, raft slides) may be designed for users to ride without a ride vehicle or with a transport device (e.g., on an inner tube or raft).

In the state of art water slides have different size, different curves and different slope which provides more thrilling and exciting experience to user (patron, riders). Riders slides on waterslide by gravity force. So, velocity of riders is based on the slope of water slide. When the slope of water slide increases, acceleration of the rider becomes larger with respect to the magnitude of the slope angle. Also, some of water slides have trajectory and said trajectory guides the riders in different directions. So that, people who use conventional waterslides want to live different experience with over time and wants different type of water slide which have unique ride trajectories. Therefore, water parks use a lot of different type (different curved, different slope) of water slide and align them into water park for users and water parks always need new type of water slide for user generally all the water slide shave single inlet and single outlet or separated into the lines, so that the rider follows almost a predetermined path between inlet to outlet. These type of waterslide (one entry and one exit) do not have more than one sliding trajectory.

In the state of art conventional waterslides in which the number of trajectories more than the number of inlet and outlet are not exist in the present in state of art. So that, water slides which has a bowl configured to transport a patron around it to an exit point has one inlet and one outlet and said bowl is symmetric shape.

Summary of the Invention

The object of the present invention is providing a bowl type water slide structure which giving different slide options to rider path from entry to exit of the water slide.

Another object of the present invention is providing water slide structure which has helical shaped slider and asymmetric type bowl.

Detailed Description of the Invention

A water slide structure realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures, in which:

Figure 1 is the view from the top of the structure for water slides that the patron slides in the second section.

Figure 2 is the view from the top of the structure for water slides that the patron slides in the first section.

Figure 3 is the view from the top of the structure for water slides which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly.

Figure 4 is the view from the top of the structure for water slides which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly. The parts illustrated in the figures are individually numbered where the numbers refer to the following:

- at least one flume (3) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (user) (A) with the water to the bowl shaped part (200),

- Said flume (3) comprising, o an entry section (31) which forms entrance part of the flume (3), o a first slide section (32) which extends from the entry section (31) to the bowl shaped part (200) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200), o a second slide section (33) which extends from the entry section (31) and passes around of the bowl shaped part (200) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle (A) to the bowl shaped part (200) by passing the rider or ride vehicle (A) around the bowl shaped part (200).

Present invention slide structure (1) relates to a structure for water slides used for to give different slide way options to rider. Said slide structure comprising flume (3) and bowl shaped part (200). Said bowl shaped part (200) is shaped a round container open or partly open at the top wherein said bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and side surface (22) which located at the edge portion of the bottom surface (21). Said flume (3) has an entry section (31), first slide section (32) and second slide section (33). Entry section (31) is the entrance part of the flume (3) and rider start to slide from entry section (31) first. First slide section (32) and second slide section (33) are separated from entry section (31) and first slide section (32) and second slide section (33) are opened to the bowl shaped part (200) in different slide path which has different trajectory. Said first slide section (32) is the portion which is closer to the center of the bowl shaped part (200). Said first slide section (32) extends from entry section (31) to side of bowl shaped part (200) with short way and opens to the bowl shaped part (200). Second slide section (33) is the portion that away from center of the bowl shaped part (200) and said second slide section (33) extends from entry section (31) and turn around the bowl shaped part (200) and opens to the bowl shaped part (200). Rider or ride vehicle (A) enters the slide structure slide entrance of the flume (3) and slide into the enter portion of the flume (3) first. After the rider or ride vehicle (A) slide in entry section (31), the rider or ride vehicle (A) will enter one of the sections (first section and second section). If the rider or ride vehicle (A) enters first slide section (32), rider or ride vehicle (A) will go to the bowl shaped part (200) closer trajectory to the center of the bowl shaped part (200). If the rider or ride vehicle (A) enters second slide section (33), rider or ride vehicle(A) will go to the bowl shaped part (200) from a further (outer) spiral trajectory which is more away from the center of the bowl shaped part (200). The centrifugal force will be higher when the rider or ride vehicle slides more away from the center of the bowl shaped part (200), so rider or ride vehicle (A) will feel more stronger turning movement when goes into the second slide section (33).

Present invention a water slide structure (1) which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising;

• at least one bowl shaped part (200) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle(A) (user) around it to an bowl exit point (203), wherein the bowl shaped part (200) comprises a bottom surface (21) and a side surface (22),

• at least first slide section (32) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(A) to the bowl shaped part (200) and which is located on the closer to the center of the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least second slide section (33) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(A) from around the bowl shaped part (200) to the bowl shaped part (200) and which has a spiral shaped and which is located around the bowl shaped part (200),

• at least one elevation part (23) configured to direct the user (A) to predetermined oscillation into the bowl shaped part (200) and which forms an asymmetrical shape of the bowl shaped part (200) along with the first and second slide sections (32, 33) and said elevation part (23) comprising a riser part (231) protruding from the bottom surface (21) of bowl shaped part (200) and a guide wall (232) which extends between side surface (22) and riser part (231).

Present invention slide structure (1) relates to asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) is formed by bowl shaped part, elevation part (23), first slide section (32) and second slide section (33). First slide section (32) and second slide sections (33) are opened to the bowl shaped part (200) in differentslide path which has different trajectory. Said first slide section (32) is located on the closer to the center of the bowl shaped part (200). Said second slide section (33) has spiral shape and said second slide section (33) is located on around the bowl shaped part (200). If the rider or ride vehicle (A) enters first slide section (32), rider or ride vehicle(A) will go to the bowl shaped part (200) closer trajectory to the center of the bowl shaped part (200). If the rider or ride vehicle(A) enters second slide section (33), rider or ride vehicle (A) will go to the bowl shaped part (200) from a further (outer) spiral trajectory which is more away from the center of the bowl shaped part (200). The centrifugal force will be higher when the rider or ride vehicle slides more away from the center of the bowl shaped part (200), so rider or ride vehicle(A) will feel more stronger turning movement when goes into the second slide section (33). Said bowl shaped part (200) of the bowl assembly (2) has an elevation part (23) configured to direct the user (A) to predetermined oscillation into the bowl shaped part (200). Said elevation part (23) is comprising of a riser part (231) which is protruding from the bottom of bowl shaped part (200) and a guide wall (232) which links the side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200) and the riser part (231). When the rider or ride vehicle (user, slider, boat etc.) comes from the first slide section (32) or the second slide section (33), it will enter into the bowl shaped part (200) and climbs onto the guide wall (232). Due to the ovality of the guide wall (232), the user will turn back from a peak on the guide wall (232) with oscillation motion and after that user will performs oscillating motion between the side wall and riser part (231) into the bowl shaped part (200). So that, rider or ride vehicle(user or boat) goes from guide wall (232) to an bowl exit point (304) with back and forth motion and/or spin motion between side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200) and the riser part (231).

In an another embodiment of the invention water slide structure (1) of bowl assembly (2) has at least one flume (3) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle(A)from entrance part of it to the bowl shaped part (200) and said flume (3) formed by the coupling of the first slide section (32) and the second slide section (33). Flume (3) has an entry section (31) configured to allow the user to enter the slide and the first slide section (32) and the second slide section (33) are separated from entry section (31).

In an another embodiment of the invention second slide section (33) of bowl assembly (2) opening to the portion facing between elevation part (23) and the side surface (22). Thus, the rider or ride vehicle will be directed to the guide wall (232) after entering the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiment of the invention first slide section (32) of bowl assembly (2) is opening to the portion facing between elevation part (23) and the side surface (22). Thus, the rider or ride vehicle will be directed to the guide wall (232) after entering the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiments of the invention said flume (3) comprising; a middle wall (34) configured to separate the flume (3) to first slide section (32) and second slide section (33) and wherein the middle wall (34) is protruding from the middle part of the flume (3) and said middle wall (34)extend from middle part of flume (3)to the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiments of the invention said flume (3) comprising; first slide section (32) which comprising the middle wall (34) and a first wall (321) which extends from side of flume (3) (inner side) to top side of bowl shaped part (200) and joins to the top side of bowl shaped part (200). In an another embodiments of the invention said flume (3) comprising; second slide section (33) which comprising the middle wall (34) and a second wall (331) which extends from side of flume (3) (outer side), which extend around the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiment of the invention, flume (3) comprising a first wall (321), a second wall (331) and a middle wall (34). First slide section (32) and second slide section (33) are separated by a middle wall (34). Middle wall (34) is the common wall of the first slide section (32) and second slide section (33). Said first wall (321) and middle wall (34) is a part of first slide section (32). Said second wall (331) and middle wall (34) is a part of second slide section (33). Middle wall (34) is protruding from the middle part of the flume (3) and extends to top side of the bowl shaped part (200). In summary the middle wall (34) forms the outer edge of the first slide section (32), forms the inner edge of the second slide section (33) and forms the top part of the bowl shaped part (200).

The first wall (321) and the middle wall (34) forms first slide section (32). First wall (321) extends from side of flume (3) (inner side) to top side of bowl shaped part (200) and joins to the top side of bowl shaped part (200). First wall (321) and middle wall (34) are extended together on the flume (3) and first wall (321) joins the bowl shaped part (200) and said middle wall (34) extends around the bowl shaped part (200). Rider or ride vehicle(rider) (A) will slide between the first wall (321) and middle wall (34) and then rider or ride vehicle (A) will slide between the bowl shaped part (200) upper side and middle wall (34).

The second wall (331) and the middle wall (34) forms second slide section (33). Said second wall (331) extends from side of flume (outer side) (3) and extend to around the bowl shaped part (200) and joins with the outer side of bowl shaped part (200). The second wall (331) and middle wall (34) are extended parallel around the bowl shaped part (200) and join the side of bowl shaped part (200) separately. Rider or ride vehicle (patron) (A) will slide between the first wall(321) and middle wall (34) and then rider or ride vehicle (A) will slide into the bowl shaped part (200) and will continue to between the bowl shaped part (200) upper side and middle wall (34).

A water slide structure (1) which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and comprising;

• exit part direction of the first slide section (32) opens to the bowl shaped part such that the rider or ride vehicle is guided on or partially on the same direction with the exit part direction of the second slide section (33).

In an embodiment of the invention water slide structure (1), exit part of the first slide section (32) or second slide section (33) has a slope which guide the rider or ride vehicle to other slide sections exit part direction.

A water slide structure (1) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle in more than one sliding trajectory and which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) (200) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising; • at least one bowl shaped part (201) comprises, a first entry point (202), a second entry point (202) and an bowl exit point (203), where the bowl shaped part (200) configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point of the bowl shaped part (201),

• a first slide section (32) which has a first slide section entry point (301) and a first slide section exit point (302) which is the same with the first entry point (201) connects the bowl shaped part (201) and where configured to transport rider or ride vehicle from first slide section entry point (301) to bowl shaped part (200),

• a second slide section (33) has a second slide section entry point (303) and a second slide section exit point (304) which is the same with the second entry point (202) connects the bowl shaped part (200) and second slide section (33) and said second slide section (33) is located partially around the bowl shaped part (200) and first slide section (32), where the second slide section (33) configured to transport ride or ride vehicle from the second slide section (33) to bowl shaped part (200). Present invention slide structure (1) comprising a bowl assembly (2) which has bowl shaped part, first slide section (32) and second slide section (33). Said bowl shaped part has two entry parts (first slide section entry point (301) and second slide section entry point (303)) and an bowl exit point (203). Said first slide section exit point (302) is the same with bowl shaped part first slide section entry point (301). Said second slide section (33) exit point (304) is the same with the second entry point (202). Second slide section (33) is located partially around the bowl shaped part (200) and first slide section (32). If the rider or ride vehicle (A) enters first slide section (32), rider or ride vehicle (A) will go to the bowl shaped part (200) closer trajectory to the center of the bowl shaped part (200). If the rider or ride vehicle (A) enters second slide section (33), rider or ride vehicle(A) will go to the bowl shaped part (200) from a further (outer) spiral trajectory which is more away from the center of the bowl shaped part (200).

In an embodiment of the invention of bowl assembly (2) has an entry section (31) configured to transport rider or ride vehicle from the entry point to first slide section entry point (301) or second slide section entry point (303). First slide section (32) and second slide section (33) are separated from entry section (31) and first slide section (32) and second slide section (33) are opened to the bowl shaped part (200) in different slide path which has different trajectory.

In an embodiment of the invention bowl assembly (2) comprising a middle wall (34) formed around center point of to the bowl shaped part (200) and inclined to the center point of the bowl shaped part (200), where configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point after rider or ride vehicle from the first slide section (32) slides on second slide section (33) partially.

In an embodiment of the invention the middle wall (34) formed around center point inclined to the center point, configured the transport rider from first entry point (201) or second entry point (202) to bowl exit point (203) in an arcuate/spiral path around the center point after rider or ride vehicle from the first slide section (32) slides on second slide section (33) partially, or rider or ride vehicle from second slide section (33) slides on first slide section (32).

In an embodiment of the invention a water slide structure (1) configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle in more than one sliding trajectory and which has an asymmetric shaped bowl assembly (2) and said bowl assembly (2) comprising;

• at least one partially bowl- shaped part configured the transport rider or ride vehicle in an arcuate/spiral path and said bowl-shaped part has at least two different entry points and fewer exit points than entry points in number, a bottom surface. In an embodiment of the invention water slide structure (1) has more than one first slide section (32) and more than one second slide section between entrance and the exit point. Thus, quantity of first and second slide section can be more than quantity of entrance and/or exit point of bowl shaped part (200). So, it can be formulated as: quantity of first and second slide section, fewer than n-1: quantity of entrance, fewer than n-1: quantity of exit point.

In an another embodiment of the invention second slide section (33) turns around from bowl shaped part (200) side and opens to bowl shaped part (200) from to below of the first slide section (32). So that, first slide section (32) and second slide section (33) open to the bowl shaped part (200) almost in the same direction. Thus, said spiral shape of the second slide section (33) and semi spiral shape of the first slide section (32) forms an asymmetrical shape bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiment of the invention, first slide section (32) is curved to the top side of the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiment of the invention, second slide section (33) is curved to the top side of the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiment of the invention, second slide section (33) has spiral shaped and rotated from the top side of the bowl shaped part (200).

In an another embodiment of the invention, flume (3) is a half tubular shaped. In an another embodiment of the invention flume (3) is tubular shaped.

In an another embodiment of the invention the bowl shaped part (200) comprising at least one elevation part (23) configured to rise the rider or ride vehicle (A) above it and send to rider or ride vehicle(A) to the bowl exit point (203). Said elevation part (23) is protruding from the bottom surface (21) of bowl shaped part (200) and connected to the side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200). When the rider or ride vehicle (A) enters the bowl shaped part (200), it first rises over the side of the bowl shaped part (200) and the elevation part (23) and returns to the bowl shaped part (200) over the elevation part (23).

In an another embodiment of the invention, elevation part (23) extends upwards by narrowing the cross-section. So that, rider or ride vehicle (user or boat) can make back and forth motion and/or spin motion between side surface (22) of the bowl shaped part (200) and the elevation part after rises on the elevation part (23).

In an another embodiment of the invention elevation part (23) of slide structure (1) comprising a riser part (231) which extends upwards by narrowing the cross-section and which is configured to oscillate the rider or ride vehicle between the side surface and itself.

In an another embodiment of the invention, water slide structure (1) has a rider or ride vehicle guide system configured to rider or ride vehicle the rider or ride vehicle (A) to first slide section (32) or second slide section (33). Said guide system has an activator which is guide the rider or ride vehicle (A) with a chosen direction.

In an embodiment of the invention activator of guide system is a waterjet. Waterjet squirts the water from entry section (31) of the flume (3) and guide the rider or ride vehicle (A) by water force to chosen way (first slide section (32), second slide section (33)).

In an embodiment of the invention guide system has an activator and movable surface part. The activator transmits movement into the movable surface and guides the rider or ride vehicle(A) by creating a movable surface height. When the rider or ride vehicle (A) comes to entry section (31) of flume (3), activator activates the movable surface and movable surface will rise up and rider or ride vehicle (A) is guided the other side of movable surface. In an embodiment of the invention movable surface is located on the bottom surface (21) of the entry section (31) of the flume (3). In an embodiment of the invention movable surface is located on the middle wall (34) of the flume (3). Activator activates the movable part and movable part can move from middle wall (34) to right or left position.

In an embodiment of the invention water slide structure (1) has a control unit configured to control the actuator according to the options previously determined by the user. With the command received by the user or operator the control unit transmits the command to the actuator. In an embodiment of the invention water slide structure (1) comprising an interface for to enter the option preference by user. In an embodiment of the invention the interface is a keypad or a button. In an embodiment of the invention the interface is a wristband which has a keypad or button. In an embodiment of the invention wristband is an RFID wristband.
