Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of waveform recorder disassembly and maintenance. Disclosed are a waveform recorder convenient for disassembly and maintenance and a disassembly method, comprising a protective cover, a base, and a supporting plate for mounting a circuit component. The supporting plate is mounted at the upper end of the base; the protective cover is mounted at the upper end of the base and the supporting plate is surrounded by the protective cover; limiting rods are vertically and fixedly mounted at the corners of the upper end of the base; limiting grooves distributed in the radial direction are provided in the top ends of the outer walls of the limiting rods; limiting mechanisms are mounted on the inner top end surface of the protective cover and each limiting mechanism comprises a sliding cylinder, an inserting rod, and a toggle block; each inserting rod slidably passes through the interior of the corresponding sliding cylinder, and one end of the inserting rod close to the inner corner of the protective cover is inserted into the limiting groove of the corresponding limiting rod. In the present invention, the supporting plate is surrounded by the protective cover and mounted on the upper end surface of the base, thereby facilitating achievement of a good protection effect on a circuit component. In addition, the protective cover is convenient for quick disassembly, thereby facilitating maintenance of an electronic component in the waveform recorder.
