Abstract:
A waveguide planar circuit converter (100) includes: a post wall waveguide (20) including a second dielectric substrate (21) connected to a first dielectric substrate (11) provided in the inner layer of a microstrip line (10) and a third dielectric substrate (22) connected to the second dielectric substrate (21); and a connection waveguide (30) that connects the post wall waveguide (20) to a hollow rectangular waveguide (40), the cross-sectional area of the connection waveguide (30) changing gradually in a signal propagation direction. The third dielectric substrate (22) is inserted into the connection waveguide (30).
