Abstract:
A wavelength conversion device and a phosphor-converted laser light source. The wavelength conversion device comprises a base plate layer (4), a silver reflective layer (2) and a phosphor layer (1) stacked sequentially, the silver reflective layer (2) being used for reflecting light beams emitted from the phosphor layer (1). The base plate layer (4) is an aluminum nitride base plate, furthermore, the wavelength conversion device further comprises an adhesive layer (3) provided between the base plate layer (4) and the silver reflective layer (2), and firmly adhered to the base plate layer (4) and the silver reflective layer (2). The phosphor-converted laser light source comprises the wavelength conversion device and a laser device serving as an incident light source. The wavelength conversion device can realize high reflectivity and thermal conductivity and long-term stability.
