Abstract:
Conventional weak current measuring devices do not exhibit sufficiently improved current measurement accuracy. In the case of this weak current measuring device, an arithmetic processing section (7a) calculates: an I/V-converted voltage value (A) of a blood glucose level current (I) by subtracting an A/D-converted value of an operating reference voltage (E1) from an A/D-converted value which is obtained when the blood glucose level current (I) is input to an I/V conversion circuit (6); an offset voltage correction value (B) by subtracting the A/D-converted value of the operating reference voltage (E1) from an A/D-converted value which is obtained when an offset current is input to the I/V conversion circuit (6); an I/V-converted voltage value (D) of a calibration current by subtracting the A/D-converted value of the operating reference voltage (E1) from an A/D-converted value which is obtained when the calibration current is input to the I/V conversion circuit (6) with a calibration voltage (Vc); a calibration reference voltage (C) from the difference between respective A/D-converted values which are obtained when the calibration voltage (Vc) and the operating reference voltage (E1) are input to an ADC section (7c); a gain error correction coefficient (K) by using a formula K = C/(D - B); and a corrected measured value (E) of the blood glucose level current (I) by using a formula E = {(A - B) × K}/r, wherein r represents the resistance value of a resistor (R1).
