Abstract:
A wear-resistant crankshaft structure, comprising a shaft sleeve (1), a crankshaft body (2), and a plurality of cylindrical roller groups. The crankshaft body (2) comprises an eccentric section (21); the shaft sleeve (1) is fitted over the eccentric section (21); the plurality of cylindrical roller groups are mounted between the shaft sleeve (1) and the eccentric section (21); a gasket (4) is arranged between every two adjacent cylindrical roller groups; the gasket (4) is fitted over the eccentric section (21). The wear-resistant crankshaft structure can effectively avoid wear between end faces of cylindrical rollers, and prolong the service life.
