Abstract:
A preparation method of a wear-resistant self-crosslinking nano coating, including exposing a substrate to a monomer steam atmosphere and performing plasma discharge to carry out a chemical vapor deposition reaction on a surface of the substrate, thereby forming the nano coating. The monomer is a fluorocarbon resin containing phenyl and acrylate groups. Also provided is a wear-resistant self-crosslinking nano coating.
