This wear state prediction device (10) is provided with a model generation unit (124) which uses a prescribed algorithm that has pre-acquired air temperature data relating to an aircraft (31) as an explanatory variable, and which generates a model for predicting wear state as the target variable; and a wear state prediction unit (133) which inputs air temperature data into the model generated by the model generation unit (124) to predict the wear state.
