Abstract:
The present invention is a wearable-article accommodation body (90) comprising a wearable article (1) that is stretchable and is used together with an absorbent pad (100) and an accommodation member (70) that accommodates the wearable article (1). The wearable article is made of a fabric with an elongation rate the maximum value of which is at least 200% when a 50×200 mm sample piece is pulled at 5 N either in a vertical direction or a lateral direction. The wearable article includes an engagement region that engages with the absorbent pad and is less susceptible to elongation than the fabric; and, in a region above the lower end of the engagement region and to 20 mm from the upper end of the wearable article, the maximum tension load for elongation to reach twice the length in the vertical direction from a natural state is greater than the maximum tension load for elongation to reach twice the length in the lateral direction from the natural state.
