Abstract:
According to a wearable body temperature regulating device for maintaining a constant body temperature of a user by means of a current applying method, and a body temperature regulating method using the same, which are presented in the present invention, a constant current is applied to the skin of the user and a pulse is adjusted by using principles of thermoreceptors in the body, such that the user can have a sensation as if the skin discharges or absorbs heat, thereby maintaining a constant internal body temperature overall.
