Abstract:
A wearable device comprising a display panel, according to one embodiment, comprises a display panel which may comprise: a plurality of light-emitting devices; a substrate having the plurality of light-emitting devices arranged thereon; a PDL bank surrounding and partitioning each of the plurality of light-emitting devices and thus defining a plurality of subpixels; and a cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) film disposed on the upper part of the substrate and converting light outputted from the plurality of light-emitting devices into circularly polarized light. In one embodiment, the plurality of light-emitting devices may each comprise: an organic film layer; an upper electrode disposed on the organic film layer and the PDL bank; and a lower electrode disposed under the organic film layer and the PDL bank. In one embodiment, the PDL bank may comprise: a first surface which surrounds a partial region of the outer peripheral surface of each of the plurality of light-emitting devices, and is substantially perpendicular to the substrate; and a second surface which faces the CLC film and is substantially parallel to the substrate.
