[Problem] To minimize variations in current density in a belt-like wearable device for electrical stimulation that provides electrical stimulation to the human body. [Solution] This belt-like wearable device for electrical stimulation uses electrical signals outputted from an electrical signal output device to provide electrical stimulation to the human body, and is characterized by having a metal plate that extends in a belt shape, and a non-conductive holding layer that holds the metal plate, said metal plate having an elongated body part, and a plurality of protruding pieces formed in a staggered manner on both ends of the elongated body part in the short direction. The plurality of protruding pieces comprises a plurality of first protruding pieces formed on one end in the short direction, and a plurality of second protruding pieces formed on the other end in the short direction. The first protruding pieces are formed at a size corresponding to the interval of adjacent second protruding pieces. The second protruding pieces are formed at a size corresponding to the interval of adjacent first protruding pieces.
