Abstract:
This wearable device comprises a plurality of blocks on a first surface of a first substrate, and a plurality of connection wires connecting the plurality of blocks. Each of the plurality of blocks comprises: a second substrate on the first substrate; a light detector on the second substrate; and a plurality of pixels around the light detector, on the second substrate. Each of the plurality of pixels comprises: at least one first semiconductor light-emitting element that radiates first light; at least one second semiconductor light-emitting element that radiates second light; and at least one third semiconductor light-emitting element that radiates third light. The second semiconductor light-emitting element radiates a portion of the second light forward, and radiates the other portion of the second light backward to be received by the light detector.
