Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wearable device for controlling body temperature. The wearable device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an elliptical bowl-shaped housing part having an inner space formed therewithin; a thermoelectric element disposed in the housing part and acting to absorb heat; and an elliptical plate coupled outside the base surface of the housing part, wherein the plate comprises a curved portion and a flat portion, and at least a part of the flat portion comes into close contact with the base surface of the thermoelectric element.
