Abstract:
The present invention automatically generates a situation report regarding an accident or incident that a person wearing a wearable device has been involved in. The present invention comprises the following units connected via a network to a video processing device 40 that stores camera video from a wearable device 30 as video data, a map processing device 50 that stores map data, and a mobile terminal device 20 that stores situation data including GPS data and time-of-day data at the time of occurrence of an accident or incident: a situation data acquisition unit 122 for acquiring situation data; a video data acquisition unit 121 for acquiring video data on the basis of the time-of-day data; a map data acquisition unit 123 for acquiring map data on the basis of the GPS data; a situation outline generation unit 125 for generating a situation outline on the basis of at least the video data and the map data; and a situation report generation unit 126 for generating a situation report including the situation outline.
