Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a wearable item that is capable of preventing the displacement and the slipping off of the item during movement, such as walking or exercising, when worn and that has a favorable not-too-tight wearing feeling. A wearable item 1 according to the present invention comprises a covering section 120, 220, a first tubular section 130, 230, and a second tubular section 110, 210. The covering section covers any among a heel, a knee, and an elbow in a worn state. The first tubular section extends to a first side from the first-side end of the covering section and has a tubular shape. The second tubular section extends to a second side, which is different from the first side, from the second-side end of the covering section, has a tubular shape, and is continuous with the first tubular section with the covering section interposed therebetween. Furthermore, the first tubular section includes a first peripherally arranged section 131, 231 and a first low-stretch section 132, 232. The first peripherally arranged section is peripherally arranged at the first tubular section and is formed from a first upper thread and a first under thread which has a friction coefficient higher than that of the first upper thread. The first low-stretch section is formed in the first peripherally arranged section and has lower stretch than the first peripherally arranged section.
