Disclosed is a wearable muscle strength measuring device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure in order to achieve the described objective. The wearable muscle strength measuring device comprises: a rotary shaft positioned on a joint part of a subject; a first lever arm extending in a first direction with respect to the rotary shaft; a second lever arm extending in a second direction, which is a different direction from the first direction, with respect to the rotary shaft; a first contact part fixed to the first lever arm and formed into a curved surface so as to have the proximal part of the upper limb or the lower limb of the subject seated therein; a second contact part fixed to the second lever arm and formed into a curved surface so as to have the distal part of the upper limb or the lower limb of the subject seated therein, and having an area equal to or smaller than the area of the first contact part; and a sensor part coupled to the rotary shaft or the second lever arm so as to measure at least any one among the muscle strength of the upper limb or the lower limb and the weight of the upper limb or the lower limb.
