Abstract:
According to various embodiments, a wearable upper body exercise device may comprise: a body support part including an abdomen frame, chest frames, shoulder frames, and a back frame; arm frames for supporting the arms of a user; first guides for connecting the body support part and the arm frames; wrist frames for supporting the wrists of the user; second guides for connecting the arm frames and the wrist frames; gloves, which are connected to the wrist frames and can be worn on the hands of the user; dials rotatably connected to the chest frames; strings, which are connected to the dials, each have at least a portion wound around the dial, and pass through the inner space of each of the body support part and the first guide; and elastic bands, which each have one end connected to the string and the other end connected to the wrist frame or the glove, pass through the inner space of each of the arm frame and the second guide, and are extended or contracted by means of the tension of the strings.
