Abstract:
A weaving method of a three-dimension precast body having a gradient structure. The weaving method mainly includes the following steps: the performance requirements of different function components (1, 3) of the parts are decomposed and determined according to the use requirements of the required composite parts; guide sleeves (4, 6), fibre selection and parameter design are conducted on various function components (1, 3); guide sleeve, fibre selection and parameter design of a transition area (2) are designed, and smooth transition of the transition area (2) is achieved; the weaving sequence is determined according to the function components (1, 3), the guide sleeve layout of the transition area (2) and a fibre winding mode in a computer, and a fibre iterative instruction for layer-by-layer weaving is generated; the guide sleeve is arranged according to the design requirements of the function components (1, 3) and the transition area (2), and a guide sleeve array is generated; and a weaving mechanism is driven to select different fibres to conduct subregional weaving layer by layer, and the three-dimension precast body having a gradient structure is obtained. The method can achieve the weaving of the composite material three-dimension precast body having a gradient structure, and is particularly suitable for developing precast bodies with different part components of different load bearing conditions.
