Abstract:
Provided are a web (20) of a vane (100) and a vane (100); the web comprises a core material (21) and a reinforcing portion (22) arranged on each of the two sides of the core material (21); at least one of the reinforcing portions (22) comprises a third fiber layer (22a) and a fourth fiber layer (22b); the third fiber layer (22a) and the fourth fiber layer (22b) are sequentially arranged from the root portion of the web (20) toward the tip portion of the web (20); the third fiber layer (22a) comprises glass fibers, the fourth fiber layer (22b) comprises carbon fibers, and the specific stiffness of the fourth fiber layer (22b) is greater than the specific stiffness of the third fiber layer (22a); the third fiber layer (22a) is arranged from the root portion of the web (20) to 1/2-2/3 of the length of the web portion (20). The web (20) can prevent the deflection of the vane tip from being too large to interfere with the tower frame, reducing the risk of the vane scraping the tower and enabling the vane tip web to meet the requirements of strength and rigidity, while also reducing the weight of the web, reducing the manufacturing cost of the web, and preventing resonance between the vane (100) and the tower frame.
