(a) This invention has motto designed Smart Weight Less Gym machine. Which has Solid weight Plate removed (Solid plate 60 to 120 kg) from machine and used spring mechanism in all Gym machines. Therefore, We have designed A Special Linkage Of Mechanism Is Used Instead of Heavy Solid Weight Plate or suddenly four benefits create (1) Maintenance of machine Reduced (2) Production cost Reduced Up to 50% (3) Transportation Cost Reduced (4) Labor Cost Reduced, the Multistage gym machine have no require to dead weight because in this machine it used closed coil helical spring. The closed coil helical spring have repulsive force against the dead weight. This machine is able to recharge battery. And generate the electric current, because the upper hook connected is connected to crank than converted into rotary motion. The crank shaft connected to generator .it produced electric current. According announce instruction of dynamics machine, the several mechanisms like quick return mechanism and first inversion of mechanism is reciprocating motion. Then the gym machine is able to generate the electric current. We will produce the 70-watt electric current generate by one machine, if we implement these types of mechanism all 27 gym machines when in motion. That means if all machine run together than it can produced 1890 watt in one hour. This Spring Design Data Used for Different Types of Helical Spring Like 5 kg or 10kg or more. When Leaver no Is closed Then Repulsive Force is Exist Between Thick Circle and Solid plate 40kg Separately. When Leaver No-3 Is also Close then Approx 60Kg Repulsive Force is Exists Between Thick Circle and Upper solid Plate. Either One or Two and Three or For Leaver.
