Abstract:
Disclosed is a weld bead cleaning machine capable of realizing automatic electrolyte replenishment, comprising a power supply module and a cleaning gun, wherein the power supply module is provided with a power supply output wire and a ground wire; the cleaning gun is provided with a conductive gun head connected to the power supply output wire; and a flexible structure is arranged at a front end of the conductive gun head. The weld bead cleaning machine further comprises an electrolyte replenishing device and a control system, wherein the electrolyte replenishing device comprises a storage container used for containing electrolyte, the storage container is connected to the conductive gun head via an electrolyte delivery pipe, and a water pump is arranged on the electrolyte delivery pipe; and the control system is connected to the power supply module and the water pump, respectively, and the control system controls, by means of the power supply module and the water pump, the weld bead cleaning machine such that same transmits electricity and delivers the electrolyte. When the weld bead cleaning machine capable of realizing automatic electrolyte replenishment of the present invention is used, the control system drives the water pump and a water valve to deliver the electrolyte to the cleaning gun in a quantified manner, so that the flexible structure of the gun can realize automatic electrolyte replenishment, thus omitting the action of manual repeated dipping, achieving a coherent operation and improving production efficiency.
