Abstract:
A weld pass processing gun, relating to the technical field of welding, and comprising a handle (1), a gun head (2) mounted on the handle (1), and an electrolyte replenishment device (3). The gun head (2) comprises a main shaft (21) and a brush head (22) mounted at the front end of the main shaft (21). The brush head (22) comprises a mounting part (221) fitting the main shaft (21) and bristles (222) fixedly connected to the mounting part (221) and made of a flexible conductive material. An electrolyte releasing port (211) is formed in the main shaft (21) and connected to the electrolyte replenishment device (3). The main shaft (21) is sleeved with a protective sleeve (212) of which the position can be adjusted along an axis, and the protective sleeve (212) slidably wraps the brush head (22) and the electrolyte releasing port (211). The position of the main shaft (21) facing the reverse direction of the electrolyte releasing port (211) is sleeved with a sealing ring (213), and the sealing ring sealing ring (213) is attached to the inner wall of the protective sleeve (212). According to the weld pass processing gun, the design that the electrolyte releasing port (211) is formed in the position of the main shaft (21) matching the brush head (22) and the electrolyte releasing port (211) is connected to the electrolyte replenishment device (3) is used, thereby implementing automatic electrolyte replenishment and releasing for electrolyzing cleaning treatment, the operation is easy, and the work efficiency is high.
