The invention provides a weld structure characterized by having a weld gap section 3 yielded by welding an end section 11 from a first stainless steel member 1 to a site 12 of a second stainless steel member 2 other than at an end section thereof, wherein welding heat input 23 is performed on the end section side of the first stainless steel member 1, the material on the end section side of the first stainless steel member 1 is constituted from a welded metal section 6, and a length LB, from the deepest part 4 of the gap, to the boundary part between the welded metal section 6 and the base material in the weld gap section 3, has a relationship with a gap length LC, from the deepest part 4 of the gap to a position 5 where the gap is 40 μm wide, that satisfies LC < LB. The invention also provides a stainless steel welded structure and a welded container, which comprise the weld structure. In addition, the invention provides a high-strength duplex stainless steel for use in at least a shell plate part.
