The purpose of the present invention is to provide a welded member and a manufacturing method therefor. In a welded member according to the present invention, the total sheet thickness of a sheet combination and the minimum thickness of a resistance spot-welded part satisfy formula (1). At least one sheet in the sheet combination is a steel sheet having an internal oxidized layer in the steel sheet surface layer. In the base material on the side of the steel sheet having the internal oxidized layer, the amount of oxygen per unit area in the internal oxidized layer satisfies formula (2). In a welding heat-affected part on said side of said steel sheet, the density of Si-containing oxides in a first region satisfies formula (3), and the average Si concentration in a second region and a third region satisfies formula (4).
