Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a welded member and a method for producing same. The present invention is a welded member provided by the resistance spot welding of a sheet set in which two or more steel sheets are overlapped. The overall sheet thickness tall of the sheet set and the minimum thickness tweld of the resistance spot welded part satisfy formula (1). At least one of the two or more steel sheets is a steel sheet having a softened layer in a steel sheet surface layer, and, in the base material portion on the side of the steel sheet having the softened layer, the nanoindentation hardness Hbs of the steel sheet surface layer and the nanoindentation hardness Hbt of the steel sheet interior satisfy formula (2). (1): 0.5 < tweld/tall < 1.0 (2): 0.2 < Hbs/Hbt < 0.8
