Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain a welded member having excellent corrosion resistance, formed of steel sheets cheaper than pure Ni sheets. [Solution] A welded member according to the present invention is obtained by joining a Ni-plated steel sheet including a Ni plating layer and a Fe-Ni dispersed alloy layer and another steel sheet via a welding portion. In respective surface layers of a weld toe, a region in the vicinity of the weld toe, and the welding portion, a Ni concentration is at least 70% by mass and a Fe concentration is no greater than 30% by mass. In a non-welding portion, the thickness of the Fe-Ni dispersed alloy layer is between 0.5 and 1.5 µm inclusive, and a total thickness of the Ni plating layer and the Fe-Ni dispersed alloy layer is between 2.7 and 14.0 µm inclusive. In the Ni plating layer in the non-welding portion, a total concentration of S and C is less than 20 ppm.
