Abstract:

This welded steel pipe is obtained by molding a steel sheet having a sheet thickness of 6-20 mm into a cylindrical shape, abutting the two end portions of the steel sheet in the width direction thereof, and performing single-layer build-up submerged arc welding on the inner surface side and the external surface side. The steel sheet and welded metals on the inner surface side and the external surface side of the welded steel pipe have predetermined components. Pcm calculated by formula (1) from the component of the welded metal on the inner surface side is in a range of 0.140-0.180. Pcm calculated from the component of the welded metal on the external surface side is in a range of 0.140-0.185. (1): Pcm=[C]+[Si]/30+([Mn]+[Cu]+[Cr])/20+[Ni]/60+[Mo]/15+[V]/10+5[B]
