Abstract:
The welded structure for tubular members according to the present invention is formed by welding a metal second tubular member to the inner circumference of a metal first tubular member, the outer diameter of the second tubular member being smaller than the inner diameter of the first tubular member. The structure comprises multiple welds joining the first and second tubular members, such that part of the first tubular member and part of the second tubular member are fused and solidified, and the surface formed through fusion and solidification from the inner circumferential surface of the first tubular member to an end surface of the second tubular member is a smoothly continuous curved surface. Part of each weld is positioned outside of a projected region where the second tubular member is projected on the outer surface of the first tubular member.
