Abstract:
In the present invention, an image processing unit (141b) is provided to cause a computer (140) to execute: a sputter candidate region detection step for, with respect to a plurality of input images taken of a workpiece (170) when arc welding is performed, detecting sputter candidate regions on the basis of pixel values indicating brightness of pixels included in each of the input images; a reflected light region specification step for specifying a reflected light region in which reflected light of arc light is included and which is of the sputter candidate regions detected in the sputter candidate region detection step, on the basis of color information about predetermined reference pixels included in the sputter candidate regions; a sputter number specification step for specifying, as the number of sputters for each of the input images, the number of sputter candidate regions obtained by excluding the reflected light region that is specified by the reflected light region specification step and that is of the sputter candidate regions detected in the sputter candidate region detection step.
