Abstract:
A welding device for a solar cell panel frame, comprising a rack (9). A lower shaft hole (171) is formed in a front wall (91) of the rack; a rectangular hole (60) is formed above the lower shaft hole; sliding grooves (29) are provided at the two vertical edges of the rectangular hole; a sliding block (30) is arranged between the two sliding grooves; an upper shaft hole (61) is formed in the sliding block; an upper shaft (6) and a lower shaft (17) are arranged in the upper shaft hole and the lower shaft hole respectively. The outer ends of the upper shaft and the lower shaft are each connected to a copper disk electrode (18), and a movable base (20) and a fixed base (23) are respectively arranged below the inner end of the upper shaft and the inner end of the lower shaft; the movable base and the fixed base are each connected to a servo motor (22), a guide block (19) and a conductive ring (27); the inner ends of the upper shaft and the lower shaft sequentially pass through the corresponding conductive rings and the guide blocks and are then connected to output shafts of the servo motors. A first lifting mechanism (8) connected to the guide block on the movable base is arranged at the top of the rack; the conductive rings are connected to a pulse power supply (28) via wires (25); a knife holder (11), a limiting roller (7) and a slag removal knife (10) which abut against the outer circle of a corresponding copper disk electrode are connected to the rack on one side of the copper disk electrode. Also provided is a welding device for a frame. The welding device is suitable for welding a frame section bar having a coating, and ensures the straightness and the profile of a product, thus improving the product quality.
