Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of lithium batteries, and in particular, to a welding-free battery pack, comprising: a battery interface, a protection plate, an upper end plate, a lower end plate, a battery cell group, and a battery cell locking mechanism, wherein the battery cell group is installed between the upper end plate and the lower end plate; the battery cell group comprises a battery cell mounting bracket, a battery cell, and a PCB bus board; the battery cell locking mechanism comprises an upper metal pressing plate, a lower metal pressing plate, and a fastening bolt; and the fastening bolt penetrates through the upper metal pressing plate, the lower metal pressing plate, the upper end plate, the lower end plate, and the battery cell group. According to the welding-free battery pack, production assembly, disassembly and maintenance, etc. can be completed only by using a screwdriver, such that a common welding process (laser welding, resistance welding, tin soldering, ultrasonic welding and the like) in lithium battery assembly is avoided, and great convenience is brought to production and maintenance.
