Abstract:
Disclosed is a welding head device for transition welding. The welding head device for transition welding comprises a first welding mechanism and a second welding mechanism. The first welding mechanism comprises a first welding head body, first welding tooth bases, and first welding tooth assemblies. A plurality of first welding tooth bases are provided on the first welding head body, and the first welding tooth assemblies are connected onto some of the first welding tooth bases. The second welding mechanism comprises a second welding head body, second welding tooth bases, and second welding tooth assemblies. A plurality of second welding tooth bases are provided on the second welding head body, and the second welding tooth assemblies are connected onto some of the second welding tooth bases. In use, the second welding head body is arranged opposite to the first welding head body. The plurality of second welding teeth assemblies on the second welding tooth bases and a plurality of first welding teeth assemblies on the first welding tooth bases are distributed in a staggered manner. The welding head device for transition welding can effectively prevent sticking to a welding head during welding, and improve the welding bonding strength and welding efficiency.
